Not all my adventures revolve around travel or biking. Some of my favorite adventures are exploring new foods to cook. This one pan chicken and couscous is originally by @ruhamasfood
It's so easy and has so much flavor! In the original recipe it calls for bone-in chicken thighs with skin but I didn't have any so I used boneless skinless thighs. And since my husband doesn't do gluten I found some really good gluten-free Israeli couscous on Amazon. I will definitely make this again.

I served it with a side of mustard greens with turnips.
