Apparently, 39 miles just wasn’t enough for me tod

Apparently, 39 miles just wasn’t enough for me today! 😂🚴‍♀️

I got a little antsy this afternoon and decided I didn’t really feel like just lounging around camp. So I went for about a mile walk… and then, because apparently I hadn’t had enough exercise yet, I hopped back on my bike to explore some of the gravel roads around here.

Well… “gravel” might be a generous description. There was A LOT more sand than gravel, which meant plenty of fishtailing and trying to keep the bike upright. 😳

Have I mentioned how much I HATE riding in sand?! 😂

Needless to say, this turned into a pretty short ride. But hey, I got out there, explored a little more, and survived the sand. I’ll call that a win! 😆
